The St. Martin de Porres tuition rate is less than the actual annual per student cost of education. Every family is receiving tuition forgiveness through this lowered rate. Tuition assistance may be available on a limited basis and must be applied for through FACTS Tuition Management each year.

2026-2027 PK3 & PK4 Tuition Rates:
1 student- $10,500.00
2 students - $20,250.00(If both are in the PK programs)
2026-2027 Kindergarten – 8th Grade Tuition Rates:
1 student- $ 9,000.00
2 students- $17,250.00(If both students are in Kinder and above)
3 students- $25,500.00(If both students are in Kinder and above)
4 students- $33,750.00(If both students are in Kinder and above)
*Multi-Student Family Discount is $750 per student, as reflected above.
New Student Application Fee:
$150 per student plus $20 FACTS RenWeb Processing Fee. The application fee is non-refundable. The application fee does not apply to tuition and is due at the time of the application to be considered for enrollment.
Registration Fee:
$600.00 per student. The registration fee is non-refundable and does not apply to tuition. This fee is divided into two installments.Security Fee: $250 per family. This may be rolled into the monthly tuition.
8th Grade Graduation Fee: $125 This may be rolled into the monthly tuition
Tuition Payments:
St. Martin de Porres Catholic School uses FACTS Management to process tuition payments. Once your child is accepted, you will create a FACTS account. They offer 11 monthly payments beginning July with final payments in the month of May. FACTS online registration is mandatory for tuition and incidental billing.
Financial Aid:
• Financial aid is available on a limited basis. All tuition assistance given will be strictly need-based as determined by an independent needs assessment process with final review by the Pastor and
Principal of SMdP.
• Applications must be filled out and submitted beginning February 5th through FACTS Tuition
Management.
