  • 2022-2023 Tuition and fees

    The St. Martin de Porres tuition rate is less than the actual annual per student cost of education. Every family is receiving tuition forgiveness through this lowered rate. Tuition assistance may be available on a limited basis and must be applied for through FACTS Tuition Management. The deadline is April 30, 2022.
  • St. Martin de Porres Catholic School and The Fort Worth Diocesan schools charge tuition based upon the actual annual cost to educate a student.  This enables the school to provide the highest possible quality in terms of faculty, staff, programs and materials.

    Active Catholic -Family is registered and active in a Catholic Parish. Verification forms must be completed by the home parish office to be eligible for the Active Catholic tuition rate and turned in at time of registration.

    •    Kindergarten, Grade 1 and above              $ 7,500.00.
    •    Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4:  5 day – Full Day      $ 7,850.00
            
    Other families – Non-Catholic, Non-Verified
    •    Kindergarten, Grade 1 and above              $ 8,500.00.
    •    Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4:  5 day – Full Day      $ 8,850.00

    Family Mulit-Student Discount is $1000 per student.
    Family Multi-Student -Combined    Catholic        Other-Non-Verified Catholic   
    •    Student 2                                      $14,000.00           $16,000.00
    •    Student 3                                      $20,500.00           $23,500.00
    •    Student 4                                      $27,000.00           $31,000.00 

    New Student Application Fee     $150.00 per student plus $20 FACTS Renweb Processing Fee

    The application fee is non-refundable.  The application fee does not apply to tuition and is due at the time of application to be considered for enrollment.

    Registration Fee        $ 400.00 per student
    The Registration Fee is non-refundable and does not apply to tuition. Enrollment fee is due by June 1, 2022. 

    Tuition Management - Payment
    FACTS Tuition Management Electronic bank draft
    •    11 monthly payments beginning July 2022 with final payment in month of May 2023
    •    Option to have bank draft on the 5th or 20th of each month
    •    Mandatory registration with FACTS online for tuition and incidental billing.

    FACTS TUITION ASSISTANCE  and NEEDS ASSESSMENT PROCESS
    APPLICATION can be filled out and submitted beginning February 5th through FACTS Tuition Mangament
    All tuition-assistance given will be strictly need-based as determined by an independent needs assessment process with final review by the Pastor and Principal of SMdP.  Each school year, all families wishing to be considered for tuition assistance, must complete the Facts Grant and Aid Application on the general Admission application.  No assistance will be reviewed, discussed or awarded without a submitted application.
