The uniform code of St. Martin de Porres Catholic School plays an important role in the school as it unifies the school as a community. It takes away from appearance and places the focus on one’s actions and behaviors while discouraging unnecessary spending on items that are not necessary for school attire.
All students should take pride in the St. Martin’s uniform and remember they represent their school when seen in this uniform. School uniforms are to be worn by all students, except when designated by the principal. Students are expected to be in uniform when they are on campus and ALL students are expected to comply.
Uniforms are monitored on a regular basis and rules will be enforced. Students are not allowed in class until the uniform meets the expected requirements. Parents will be called and asked to bring the necessary item to school if the student is not in compliance. Exceptions to the uniform code are made only with a doctor's note for medical reasons and with approval by the Principal.
